- Need to drink two to three glasses of water after you get out of bed, without cleaning your teeth.
- Oil pulling is done in the morning by taking a tea spoon of oil in your mouth, then you swish the oil around the teeth in the front and back, you keep doing this for 15 – 20 minutes, when oil becomes whitish then you can spit it out. Brush your teeth, gums and tongue lightly after this with muswaq (chewed tree twig).
