25 Powerful Tips of Healthy and Happy Life

Dr. Imran Khan MD is a Board Certified physician in Neurology and Psychiatry from USA. He wrote a book “Quranic Shifa, the hidden secrets & Prophets Medicine“ and reported interesting findings for healthy life. Based on this book, the most 25 powerful tips of healthy life are as follows:

  1. Need to drink two to three glasses of water after you get out of bed, without cleaning your teeth.
  2. Oil pulling is done in the morning by taking a tea spoon of oil in your mouth, then you swish the oil around the teeth in the front and back, you keep doing this for 15 – 20 minutes, when oil becomes whitish then you can spit it out. Brush your teeth, gums and tongue lightly after this with muswaq (chewed tree twig).
  3. Rub olive oil and Honey mix on your face and hands and toe nails, kills fungus.
  4. Exercise your eyes by closing them tightly for 5-10 minutes. Look in all directions by moving your eyes.
  5. Practice 5 times regular prayer. It’s a complete mental and physical exercise.
  6. Avoid any soda or diet soda, they increase the incidence of bone fracture.
  7. Don’t use white sugar. Best sugar substitute is Sativa. Its natural, avoid all others.
  8. Those people who have acidity related issues should take two tea spoons of Apple cider Vinegar and put it in a glass of water , then they should sip the water slowly over an hour. Take two such glasses daily to finish acidity. If the acidity is too much then add a half tea spoon of baking soda to the same glass of water and sip.
  9. Breakfast is the important meal of the day; eat oatmeal, dates, Fruits & Nuts and Honey.
  10. Drink 8 glasses of water in the winters and 10-15 glasses in summer months. Use sea salt with each glass of water you drink.
  11. All your vitamins should come from eating freshly cut vegetables and fruits.
  12. Grow your own mint, tomatoes. Make chutney of Ginger, Garlic, Onion, Mint (Podina) and Dhania (cilantro). Grind them and use sea salt. (reduces cholesterol and helps heart disease)
  13. Chew Black onion seeds and cinnamon once a day. This will help to control your joint pain and lower your blood pressure and sugar.
  14. Drink two tea spoons of olive oil twice a day.
  15. Eat Almonds, Walnuts, peanuts and fruits of the season daily.
  16. Fasting is recommended for a month to get rid of toxins accumulated in the body.
  17. Drink fresh homemade juice in the morning or day. Avoid commercial juices.
  18. Every six months boil silk of corn hair in a pitcher and drink their tea. Helps get rid of kidney stones and gall bladder stones.
  19. Drink a glass of warm milk with quarter tea spoon of Turmeric (Haldi) nightly.
  20. Meat should be taken only once a day, avoid farm raised Fish, chickens. If eating a farm raised chicken make sure its not from a fast food restaurant as they undercook this, so get it well cooked.
  21. Stop using Microwave, reduce cell phone usage.
  22. Flaxseed oil (Alsil) use 1- 2 tea spoon daily. (Best source of omega-3).
  23. Drink water from a silver cup. Or find silver colloid.
  24. Drink Pomegranates Juice, eat dates, figs (angeel-teen)-fruits,
  25. Do not drink in plastic water bottles, these are full of PCB type chemical which alters hormones and causes infertility and male weakness.
